Professional Fees

  • Fees are calculated at 33 1/3% percent of the candidate's estimated full first year's cash compensation, including base salary and potential bonuses.
  • Fees are billed in four installments:
    1. The initial retainer of $10,000 is due and payable upon engagement.
    2. The second stage fee, which when combined with the initial $10,000 retainer, will equal 50% of the total estimated search fee. This is due and payable upon completion and client acceptance of the progress report.
    3. The third stage fee will be equal to 25% of the total estimated search fee. This is due and payable upon submission of the Finalist Report (Approximately 30 days after submission of the Progress Report).
    4. The final 25% installment of the search fee will be due and payable upon completion of the search assignment. Search completion is defined as candidate acceptance of the client proposed employment offer. The final stage of the search fee will be adjusted based on the final candidate employment offer.
